7odor is a time and team management platform. It brings together attendance recording, attendance monitoring, schedules, leave, employee files and site management tools. HR and operational managers thus have a common space to monitor their organization.
Is 7odor suitable for a business with multiple locations in Morocco?
Yes. 7odor allows you to track employees and their presence by site, then find the information in a centralized view. This particularly meets the needs of companies spread across several offices, factories, stores or intervention sites.
Should I buy a new presence terminal?
The presence recording modes depend on your configuration: mobile application with or without facial recognition, or compatible terminals. The product notably integrates ZKTeco terminals. During the demonstration, we examine your hardware and usage to confirm compatibility before deployment.
Can we use 7odor in French and Arabic?
Yes. The application offers an interface in French, in Arabic with right-to-left reading, and in English. Your teams can work in the language that suits them.
Can we export the data to prepare payroll?
Yes. Attendance reports and calculated hours can be exported to Excel to prepare payroll variables. The format and rules to use with your payroll process should be checked during project framing.
